American Idol is a very popular TV show and has been for over 3 years
American Idol, with host Ryan Seacrest, is based almost identically on it's british counterpart Pop Idol. The show has been one of FOX's
biggest reality TV show successes over the past 3 years. American Idol has judges Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson, and Paula Abdul
