Coldplay band info
Coldplay is comprised of Guy Berryman on bass guitar, Jonny Buckland on lead guitar, Will Champion on drums and Chris Martin on lead vocals, piano and guitar. Martin really makes Coldplay
what it is with his unique and smooth voice adding a unique sound to the driving beats and ballads performed by the band behind him. Coldplay's biggest commercial success was reached with 2000's Yellow topping the charts in
the U.K. and bringing the popular British band onto U.S. radio and homes frequently and raising their popularity in North America immensely. Their 2002 album was not as successful but it did please their fans and this year's album, X&Y which was just released has
already been praised frequently by many critics who say it's their best one yet. Look out for Coldplay in 2005 as they may be one of the hottest and hardest to find tickets by the end of the Summer!
