Here is a Philadelphia Eagles Veterans Stadium Seating Chart, notice the 100 level sections(ROWS A-F) and the low 200 level sections rows 1-5 are obstructed view when they are on the GOAL LINE-50 Yard lines.  The reason for this the Philadelphia Eagles and visiting team players block your view of low tackles and some plays because they are standing up in front of the seating throughout the game.  Notice also the very high rows in the 300 level, these seats are also somewhat obstructed view (rows 15 and up, including 300 level bleacher seats).  The reason for this is it is tough to see high passes and punts etc...not too much of an obstruction, but certainly notable.
